Signed in at the kiosk, waited for 45 minutes for them to call people that walked in several minutes after myself. When I went to the front desk, I explained it to them and she said I must’ve missed my name When she audibly calls it out. Mind you the waiting room is packed full of people coughing continuously so you can’t hear. Only one employee had the brains to get on a PA system and call someone. They told me I would have to re-register and wait in the line again (another 90 minutes) Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I highly recommend you seek a better clinic.

Anastasia was great! She helped me get rid of a really stubborn cough I've had for 2 months and helped me get my voice back after being so sick. The wait time was about 30 minutes in the late afternoon so not too bad during flu season

This was my second visit to Norwood Urgent Care and my second great experience. I did not have much of a wait and Chris the PA was awesome. He assessed my issue and treated me promptly.

I’m not a medical expert but because of my enthusiasm for martial arts I am very experienced with injuries. The medical world needs more Norwood urgent cares to alleviate the congestion in hospitals. I have been coming to Norwood urgent since the owners were seeing me many years ago in their first building in Norwood. Every single time I left there feeling better. Please read that again. They did something for me right there right then that helped me. Far to often I’ve been to Drs that dismiss you to soak in a tub or make multiple appointments to see other Drs months down the road which by then your injury has either got worse or has healed itself. But whether I’m at urgent care for a cold/flew or broken arm I leave feeling better already. As far as other reviews that complain about the check in process it is that efficient check in process that is getting everyone seen so quickly. Thanks Norwood urgent care for keeping me going.

Refused to be treated at an urgent care facility because they only will serve existing patients. Spoke with the manger Justin Mavromatis, who clearly doesn’t understand the purpose of Urgent Care. Don’t waste your time showing up here. EDIT: I understand a facility can get short staffed and even be booked for the day, but I don't understand a "walk in" facility that only accepts certain people. It should be illegal for a self described "Urgent Care walk in" facility to accept some and refuse others.

I'm not one to post reviews but on a rarity. Dr Haj- Darwish is top notch. I recently had a duel rotator cuff injury and have been able to get assistance from Haj as far as treatment and a referral to PT. I've utilized Norwood periodically over the years and they've always come through. As far as recieving first class treatment and knowing you'll be cared for; I wouldn't suggest any other place other than Norwood Urgent Care.

I went here about a month ago for a finger injury. My finger is crooked currently and I can’t use it for much of anything. It is not getting better. Visually you can see something is wrong. The doctor who came in, barely looked at it, sent me to the x ray room, and said nothing was broken. Didn’t even show me the ex ray and told me to take ibuprofen. They didn’t give me a splint or ANYTHING. He said come back in a week if it still hurts, but I’m gonna bring myself to a different urgent care because I really didn’t like this doctors tone of voice/attitude. He seemed very apathetic which didn’t feel nice because this is my dominant hand, which I can no longer use to fill capacity. I don’t wanna live with a permanent injury because a doctor won’t use due diligence. Disgusting
